  2. Hi Charlotte, Freddie and Alexandra,
I am really enjoying your blog! I have only recently started one myself and you are an inspiration. I am definitely going to try the Chard and Potato Gratin as I have often glanced curiously at the chard on the supermarket shelves, not sure about the chicory though, think I would prefer the crisps myself (what a philistine I am!). Look forward to the next post.

  8. Hello
Saw the article in the paper, and as a parent of a child who will only eat broccoli, I am going to try some of the recipes. My other child doesn't eat fruit. Is there a big fruit challenge?

Hello - thanks for your message. We will move on to fruit after vegetables I think. From my point of view as a mother - Vegetables were the main issue for Freddie. Or rather a complete lack of vegetables. But he does eat four types of fruit which isn't amazing, but it wasn't such an issue!
If you show your child ( depends how young they are) the site and get them to see what they like the look of - even if you offer some of the cake recipes it get's them interested...and helps to end a little of that suspicion.
Let me know how you get on.
